Some months back when I visited West End and Old Bahama Bay I was just about 'shaken down,' considering all the questions the gatekeeper asked before letting me through. So on Saturday past when I pulled up to the gate, I had all of my answers ready for him. But to my utter surprise when he looked into the car and saw who my passenger was, he hurriedly hoisted the pole and waved us through.My passenger, Bonefish Folly, turned and said, "They didn't stop you because of me." And he was correct. Actually, Bonefish Folly was taking me to see his restaurant, Bonefish Folly's Bar & Grill, by the pier of the marina, and his brand of merchandise in the adjoining store. As I turned to enter the parking lot, he said, "No, you with me, we park up front." So I pulled to the sidewalk, the nearest point to the restaurant.
